  • What are the products and services you offer?
  • What makes you different from the competition? Why should people buy from you rather than someone else?
  • Is there anything you're currently pleased with regarding your social media presence and wish to maintain/influence future content and campaigns?
  • Tell us about your ideal clients. What are their pain points? What would delight them? If you have some examples, please include them here too.
  • Are they members of the same governing body? Would they attend the same seminars/events? Would they all follow a particular brand/person on Social Media?
  • What is the personality, voice and tone of your brand? (tip: who would represent your brand in a TV/Radio ad.) Why?
  • How do you want people to feel when they interact with your brand?
